You fitness “trainers” need a fucking conditioning session for us newbies that are completely out of shape. Like a 2-4 week full body workout program that focuses on form, repetition and consistency and not just shaming people into the gym with no real support or guidance
I’m on YouTube and a lot of these workouts are clearly for the purpose of getting you engaged and can overwhelm a beginner like myself. I’m no fitness guru, but I know what I’m talking about as a consumer and feel like this shit is just OVERWHELMING
The fact that this tweet went semi viral means that this is missing in the fitness community and there’s a need for it. The people want it. Why not form a class venerated around building consistency and getting comfortable just getting fit?

And because form is so important and one trainer can’t cover more than a few people unless doing this in small groups, why not team up with other trainers and collaborate, or get assistance to help the class flow effectively?
