Can confirm that Georgian spiced scotch eggs (Caucasus eggs?) work v well - blue fenugreek, ground marigold, aleppo pepper, paprika, coriander added to the pork + Svaneti salt to the breadcrumbs. Also, a plum and five spice tarte tatin
Focaccia and bauletti (which are little pasta parcels filled with pork mince and veg, then slathered in emmental and gruyère and baked like a lasagne)
