I was scrolling through some new FOIA documents linked by @15poundstogo, and came across Brandon Van Grack’s CV that he submitted to the Special Counsel.

In his CV, Van Grack highlights that he was in charge of investigating unauthorized IC leaks to the media from January 2017 - May 2017.
Van Grack was the person who was supposed to investigate the leak of @GenFlynn’s phone call!

This seems like a huge conflict of interest. How does Van Grack get to lead the prosecution of @GenFlynn, when he failed to prosecute the unauthorized leak of his phone call? @SidneyPowell1 @McAdooGordon @ProfMJCleveland
*I’m not a lawyer, and I use the term “conflict of interest” in a colloquial sense. This scenario may not be a legal “conflict of interest”, but IMO it’s awfully fishy that Van Grack could get the opportunity to coverup the felony leak against Flynn and still prosecute him.
