Your half marathon starts today.

Do not watch any news or check your phones until you have finished your daily routine - exercise, yoga, cleaning, bath, breakfast, maybe some early morning positive reading. Good day to start reading Ramayana or any spiritual book.

Day 1.
Before you start watching Netflix endlessly and binge away to the dark side, declutter your wardrobes, shelves, racks, cabinets and kitchens.

Day 2.
Learn a new dish every day, try and make a healthy version. If that’s difficult, do it every alternate day, if you’ve had junk or even a regular meal today, prepare a healthy menu for the entire next day.

Day 3.
If you're sweeping/cleaning your house, give up the vaccum cleaners/mops, squat your way down, use a broom/cloth for the same. Can try lunges too.
Pls do not bend to sweep, your back won't cooperate for long.

Don't forget to do some back bending asanas right after.

Day 4.
Vitamin D is also essential right now, especially now when everyone is not being able to step out. Please ensure you get some sun from your private terrace, balconies, gardens or even windows. Sit there while you are working, reading, or prepping meals. Or workout there.

Day 5.
Why working out is essential during these times? Ofcourse you can stay fit & watch your weight but more importantly it releases endorphins that inject positivity in your body, they are essential happy hormones your body absolutely needs with so much negativity around .

Day 6.
Its possible to lose 3-4kgs weight, 2-3inches of loss, maintain good energy/strength levels, improve skin/hair quality, reduce appetite/cravings, better medical reports in just 4 weeks if you only follow a good diet that works for you, while eating tasty food. Do it.

Day 7.
Today we celebrate Durga Ashtami & Annapurna puja, a very auspicious day for sacrifice & Anna daan. For next 2 weeks atleast sacrifice unhealthy food, bad habits & help the poor with food/essentials, maybe our prayers will be heard. Maybe all of this will be over soon.

Day 8.
As women, or someone who cooks for the family, you're not only responsible for what you eat, but also responsible for what you're feeding your family. Their health is in your hands, feeding to your cravings all the time, is almost selfish.
Do the right thing please.

Day 9.
Practice these Pranayamas every single day. Make sure you are doing these under a trained teacher.

1. Anulom Vilom
2. Kalpalbhati
3. Bhrastika
4. Brahmari
5. Jal Neeti
6. Nadi Shodhan
7. Shavasana

Practice chest opening Asanas before the above.

Day 10.
Practice gratitude - for whatever it is that you have, for whoever that is you have around you, for whatever it is that they do for you and for whatever time you have lived. ❤️

Day 11.
Mark your calendar with the days you would want to celebrate life with foods you love and make a menu for the remaining days with healthy foods you want to celebrate your body's Health and well-being. You have all the time in the world.
