For those who need to reapply for 5th gen, here's a thread!

FIRST, please make sure your nickname follows the rules. This is the biggest problem that is usually encountered. Please check the 3rd picture in the quoted tweet! https://twitter.com/MonDaySpirit/status/1242018938717962245?s=20

Please have your computer handy, JUST IN CASE you need it for this.

First: make sure your KakaoTalk and/or Daum account have the right personal info (gender/birthday).

IF YOU ARE MERGED WITH KKT (this means you can ONLY log in with KKT & NOT Daum ID) this is for you. In the 1st pic click the Account under the K with a circle around it. 2nd click Manage MyInfo. 3rd nickname doesn’t matter.

Your bday & gender from above MUST MATCH ON HERE & MELON TICKET. Even if your bday on Melon was inputted wrong, you can't change it now, so just stick to the birthday you put on melon ticket (how to check that is a few tweets down)

If you are not merged with KakaoTalk (AKA you can still log in with your Daum ID), this is how to verify your personal info. Start with going to http://daum.net  on your computer and signing in. After you sign in your screen will look like this:

Navigate to where it should say your name on the right side of the screen:

Click your name/profile pic and it should show you this screen:

Click 내정보 관리 at the top of the screen:

The next screen should look like this:

Scroll down to 이름/연령확인 (1). Your name should be next to 이름 (2). Your birthday and gender should be next to 생년월일/성별 (3). 년 is birth year (4 digits), 월 is month (2 digits), 일 is day (2 digits).

After the / next to your birthday should be your gender. 여자 for female, 남자 for male. ALL OF THIS INFORMATION NEEDS TO MATCH YOUR MELON TICKET RESERVATION. Click the 변경 buttons to change any info.

Last order of business. Your privacy settings MUST be set to Managers and Email and Group Messages must be toggled ON. The pictures below show you how to get there and see if your settings are correct:

IF your settings are not correct, you can easily fix them. The only problem you might run into is trying to toggle the Receive Messages and receiving a notification that you can’t toggle them on.

The first option to fix that is to log out & in again. If that doesn’t work, it means you have to create an email account. This usually applies to people who have joined fancafe for the first time & created their daum/fancafe accounts entirely through KKT.

To get to email, log in on http://daum.net :

Navigate to where it should say your name on the right side of the screen, and click 메일. Mine is not translated so it still says 메일, but if you Google translated the page it should say Mail:

After you click mail, it should prompt you to go through with creating an email account. After you can access the inbox, go back to your fancafe app, log out, log back in, & you should be able to toggle the Receiving Messages options on.

Next step is reapplying.

Navigate through fancafe boards and locate MONBEBE 5TH 신청. Click that and it will take you to the next screen. Click Apply!

The application looks like this:

1. Melon ticket reservation number. Log onto melon ticket and find your melon reservation number (pics 2 and 3). The reservation number is located next to "Ticket Number" and starts with an "M"

Click reservation detail to see your full name and birthday.

2. Name. Match it exactly as you wrote it on your reservation. You can see your name when you click Reservation Detail like above.
3. Bday. Even if your bday on Melon was inputted wrong, you can't change it now, so just match the application entry with the bday on melon.

4. The email address you need to input depends on how your account is set up. Either you are merged with kkt or you aren't.

To check if your account is merged with kkt or now, click on your fancafe app and click the settings tab at the bottom and click where it says Login Information at the top.

If your screen looks like the one below, it means your account is connected to KakaoTalk, NOT merged. Please input your Daum email (in this picture, the one at the top). Your email is [email protected]. For example, if your Daum ID is "monbebe," your Daum email is [email protected].

If your screen looks like the one below, this means that your account is MERGED with KakaoTalk. You will use the email address written in that box for the 4th box in the application

3rd option is that you only see Daum, no kkt at all, in which case you would put your Daum email, aka [email protected].

After you have verified ALL the information and it looks correct, click submit, and you're done! You should be leveled up sometime after the 31st, which is when the applications close and the staff starts checking them.
