In the good news department, for those who don't have a CRN there is now a button on mygov to allow people to register an intention to claim which dates their subsequent application from that time. Cudos fo that!
But then this afternoon myGov is up but not so much when you then link through to centrelink. That after looking at a spinning wheel for an eternity.
You can get to both mygov and centrelink website fine today, but the information for self employed and contractors has still not been updated. Still cannot manage a case in the app despite the recorded messages pleadings to do so. No change on the phone system.
No change this week. Methinks you are better off writing and explanatory letter and uploading that into each category of doc required and hope that gets you a call back.
Nope still no change, @ServicesGovAU are not the Lone Rangers here. @telstra app fails and trying to report the problem by phone results in the IVR dumping your call with an admonishment to use the app. (I should have included @ServicesGovAU in this thread originally - my bad)
