fun things i’ve cooked/baked since quarantine:

-bacon cheddar scallion lard scones
-spanish chickpeas romesco and kale
-kimchi fried rice with fried egg
-japchae with beef bulgogi
-indian butter chicken

and i’m about to make tortillas cause i still have accidental lard
i love cooking if i wasn’t a musician i would probably have a youtube cooking channel. or try to teach people how to cook at home. ask me cooking questions!!

giant mahi mahi tacos w/ mango avocado salsa and purp cabbage on homemade tortillas
breakfast and lunch: beef bulgogi and shiitake mushroom omelette with gochujang and avocado toast
apple quinoa oat muffins 🍏🌾🍎

made this recipe up completely off the top of my head and it actually turned out awesome which is cool cause im not really much of a baker
chicken with a lemon caper pan sauce (drew made that), quinoa, and a kind of spin on green beans gremolata with whatever i had at home
got fresh citrus from my coworker’s parents today and made a meyer lemon + rosemary gin fizz 🍋✨
turkey meatballs, 1/2 regular fettuccine, 1/2 zoodles in mushroom garlic butter sauce
breakfast this morning
post bike ride lunch today

oh forgot to post last night’s dinner. pressure cooked baby back ribs with homemade bbq sauce (by drew), roasted rosemary sweet potatoes, sautéed spinach (not a cute photo sorry)
also fyi this full rack of ribs was on sale for $8 at albertsons i’m not ballin out durin this pandemic lol
