Ok, I must ask: is there a reason why # of cases of #COVID19 is never represented as a % of the population?
Even acknowledging the much lower testing rates in USA, this just isn’t an apples-to-apples comparison by any means. You know, because we are much larger than the others.

(Also, obviously, the apparently steep rise in cases is confounded w/ a steep rise in testing. Which is less true elsewhere, eg, in S Korea.)
Am I not seeing something that others are? Or is everyone else just not mentioning these things for the purpose of persuasion?
