Updating this thread of my Sky Broadband complaint to say that NTC replied to my email from a few weeks ago. Because yes, until today, April 8, my internet connection has been wonky at best. I’m not being responsible and paying monthly for a wonky connection. 🙅🏼‍♀️
This is a screenshot yesterday from my reply to NTC’s response (I was attaching a screenshot from my DM inbox). Please notice the wifi icon and the “no connection” error below. I had to disconnect and go out to use my data just to send an email.
