All it took for Claudia to go from 'lets work together' to intentionally strawmanning leftist positions to bait praise from reactionaries is a few accounts pointing out that being friends with landlords doesn't justify defending them.

This is incredibly disappointing.
It just baffles me that *this* is the position you're so eager to take. Lecturing us on 'considering both sides'.

I know that if you saw a conservative take on this attitude with progressive issues you'd know *exactly* what they're doing. We know exactly what you're doing too.
Obviously not every landlord is rich, *obviously* not every landlord - or hell, any of them - are evil for the sake of it. Landlords and capitalists act in their own self interests, and it's this interest itself which is exploitative, not their nature as individuals.
It's just ironic that you would then try and tell us we see it any other way, as historically it's us who have to tell you guys to stop viewing society through an individualistic lens, and understand the underlying and systemic mechanisms that drive people's decisions.
So yea, a rent holiday would totally fuck over some landlords. So would a strike. Are you to lecture workers and tennants on remembering that their landlords have feeling too as well? Like do you not have any sense of the level of privilege required to hold these positions?
In short, *this* is why leftists should be hesitant to march lockstep with liberals, because when it comes down to anything concrete, you'll only be met with shocked gasps at the idea of hurting the poor property owners, and sometimes running to fascists too.
