I hate making threads but I just want to clear things up about @0deto_sleep I will be speaking with proof from law and actual experiences. !!!major tw for the next tweets below!!!

So the other night she said she had overdosed on pills and her cousin had found her foaming at the mouth. i would like to say that if she had been foaming at the mouth, she wouldve passed out and needed emergency services. she claimed she went to he hospital and had released her.

Where she lived (colorado) requires that they hold said patient for at least 24 hours but 72 hours given they need to make a decision about whether she should be inpatient or outpatient. She has claimed to have overdosed many many times and gone to the hospital.

She is 13 years old, the medical age to be able to deny and be able to even try to get out of inpatient is 14 years old. She cannot deny the hospital's request and she'd be forced by medical professionals to go. and if her parents had refused, cps would get involved.

The next day, she "overdosed" again. A while later she mentioned that she was going to the hospital to get her stomach pumped. I didnt have a problem really with her story until then. Of course i knew she was lying but i just didnt really want to get myself involved.

I would like to mention that her cousin legally cannot sign her papers unless her cousin is her legal guardian in which she is not. which brings me to my next point. the legal fight between her parents and herself.

So a while back she had claimed that her parents got her again, that they won the legal battle. She had claimed to not be living with someone during that period. IF the parents had lot custody, she would be in foster care for the time being since she is not 18.

Also, her conversations with her mom and dad sound so fishy? like it just sounds like poor acting.

Moving on, she stated that she was in the doctors and waiting on her doctor. They wouldve taken her phone away!!! I have to say that again... THEY WOULDVE TAKEN HER PHONE AWAY!

an HOUR later she replied to her tweet saying that she was out and got her stomach pumped and that they had her under anesthesia first off they dont do anesthesia for people getting their stomach pumped. all they do is numb the throat. and two, if they HAD

put her under anesthesia (which doctors wont unless completely ESSENTIAL because its UNSAFE to do so.), they wouldnt have been able to put her in anesthesia, have her stomach pumped, and her wake up from anesthesia within an hour. also its so unrealistic for her to just wake up-

-and tweet how much it hurt. like when i was in the E.R for overdose, my first thought wouldnt have been "let me tweet about it". plus the doctos legally have to remove everything from the room, ziptie everything, and take away phones. not to mention it would take a long time-

-for this process and they definitely wouldve put her in inpatient. they wouldnt have just "let her go". she would be in a mental hospital right now but no, shes not. shes tweeting and perfectly okay and trying to guilt trip out of it.

with the amount that she took, and that shes done it many times before, she wouldve been put in an inpatient hospital. she needs to apologize for manipulating so many people into worrying and being scared because of her. she needs to learn from this and the first step is-

-admitting she messed up. dont hate on her, just let her know what she did ISNT okay and hat its super manipulative behavior. this is what ive said to her and other tweets people have said to her and how she replied pretending to be her cousin to guilt trip everyone.
