What have you all been eating during lock down? My husband and I had cooked more than we usually cook in 2 months in the last week. 😂
Day 1 (3/17): for lunch I had rice with seaweed and soy sauce, but for dinner hubby cooked so we have sous vide tri tip with salad and basil sauce
Day 2 (3/18): for lunch I had instant noodles with egg and dinner I had a pork stir fry
Day 3 (3/19): instant noodles with dumpling lunch and fried pork chop with salad for dinner
Day 4 (3/20): more dumplings for lunch and vegetables tempura with rice for dinner
Day 5 (3/21): more vegetable tempura for lunch and steak with Canadian wild rice and broccoli for dinner
Day 6 (3/22): HK style beef ribs borscht soup with garlic bread for lunch, dinner pending
Day 6 (3/22) evening: handmade pasta with home made meat sauce
Day 7 (3/23) - lunch was the soup again, dinner was roast chicken leg with herbs, duck fat rice, and salad with homemade citrus vinaigrette
Day 9 (3/25): After a day of cheating (we got delivery) we made lamb chops for dinner
Day 10 (3/26): I made a meat pie
Day 11 (3/27): yesterday night we had what boomers say is the reason why millennials don’t have savings: avocado toast with a whole roast chicken and salad
Day 12 (3/28): New York Strip with garlic rice with vegi (we shared the steak since it was big)
Day 13 (3/28): I had soup for world weary soul
Day 14 (3/30): we made pesto chicken with home made linguini (tasted better than it looked)
Day 15 (3/31): we had a light steak salad dinner so we can have unhealthy chocolate strawberry crepes for dessert 😂
Day 16 (4/1): Pork belly vegi and rice
Day 17 (4/2): Went with steamed tofu and vegi and dumplings with spicy oil for dinner
Day 18 (4/3): Chicken with salad and rice
Day 19 (4/4): Japanese beef curry with vegi tempura
Day 20 (4/5): we had more curry variant dinner but for brunch I made myself HK style French Toast (which is fried bread with condensed milk and no spices)
Day 21 (4/6): We made black pepper sauce stir fry
Day 22 (4/7): Yesterday we made a roasted turkey salad
Day 23 (4/8): mint lamb chops and Mediterranean salad night
Day 24 (4/9): baked potato and steak
Day 25 (4/10): We used a blow torch on cheesy Korean ribs
