ok so i started a workout today. gonna update this thread everyday. COME OUT GET THAT SUMMER BODY
day 2: yep its bad fuck it hurts but idk why im enjoying the workout??? like i look forward to doing it now
day 3: yes plank is still very very difficult. idk if it’s too soon to say but i do feel a stretch on my stomach area. i did the thigh workout with my sister and she was exhausted by the end of it. it has become a routine now - everyday at 4:30pm
day 4: it went by quickly this time. also having stomach ache and idk if is cause of the workout or cause my period is near but it sucks. i hope my cramps aren’t bad this time cause i don’t wanna stop doing the workout. checked my weight yesterday and was shocked to see
that i’ve gained 2-3 kgs since december 😶😶😶 really need to shred some kgs
day 5&6: missed yesterday’s tweet. nothing interesting happening tho. tomorrow will be a week. idk if i see any major change tho. i hope there’s a change after two weeks
day 7: WHOOP COMPLETED A FULL WEEK!!!!! i definitely feel stronger and happier while doing the workout. it still hurts in the stomach AND I SAW ONE ABS LINE ON MY STOMACH *small victory* gonna continue this for another week
so i will not exercise tomorrow cause the period hurts a lot and i know it’s gonna be worse tomorrow. monday will be day 8
day 8: absolutely hate this. idk if it’s paining more cause of the period or cause of the exercise I HATE HATE THIS. i’m shit tired
day 9: did it before lunch cause lunch is gonna be heavy today so i wont feel guilty while eating it. ive added 4 more exercises to the workout so its a total 30 mins workout now phew. i think im gonna do lucy's legs workout till day 14 and then im gonna try a new leg one
day 10: so i’ve changed the whole workout..... my legs hurt SsooooOoooo much and the ab workout is tougher cause it has no breaks omg
day 11: ok so i’m back to chloe ting cause the other one had no breaks and my weak ass can’t do no breaks. the new leg workout is so tough my legs are shaking. also i’ve had too much oil food in the last two days AND I FEEL SO GUILTY. no oily and fried food now.
day 12: exercised early today cause i have class in the evening. MY LEGS ARE STILL SHAKING MAAM WHAT R U DOING TO ME???!!! loving chloe's ab workout tho 10/10 would recommend
day 13: plank is fun now??????? it’s gonna be two weeks tom!!!!!! i cant believe that i actually did it.
day 14+15: next goal is a thigh gap. my legs still shake after the leg workout like ??? its so tough but its worth it
not in a mood to work out today idk just wanna cry and sleep and thats exactly what im gonna do
day 16: my legs are sore and the abs workout seemed tough today iddk why... maybe cause i didnt do it yesterday???? i still wanna lose 4-5kgs more and i want toned legs MAN THATS THE GOAL since forever
day17: chloe+april+lucy. i don’t think i have sweated this much in my entire life. i’m so tired i just wanna sleep now wow
didn’t exercise today - was feeling super low. i literally couldn’t get out of the bed i was dozing off again and again like i couldn’t keep my eyes open. i still feel like shit and super weak like all my body’s energy is gone. i hope i get better so that i’m able to exercise tom
day 18: decided to start my day by doing exercises - good decision. i feel alive and refreshed (also cause i was feeling super guilty for not exercising yesterday) might do the leg workout again in the evening
day 19+20: ok but i’m lowkey obsessed with my legs. i cant stop staring at them. THATS MY HARDWORK. april’s keg workout is by far the best one i’ve come across. also i can’t stop wearing shorts and flaunting my legs to my mum 🥰they’re not that lean but they’re better than before
day 21: this was yesterday. completed three weeks!!!!!!!! not gonna exercise today cause my boobs hurt so much and i’m planning to attend an online zumba class
day 22: ok i know i shouldn’t feel this but i was feeling super conscious after looking at some peoples pictures and seeing how thin they are made me feel bad about myself. i know i shouldn’t but sometimes you can’t help it. but i do feel good and energised after exercising today
day 23+24: didn’t do legs today cause i didn’t feel like it. had chole bhature today tho :)))
day 25: just want really lean legs but instead i got fat ones. 😶😶😞😞
day 26: my back hurts
day 27+28+29: it’s gonna be a month tomorrow!!!!! i sometimes get lazy to complete the days exercise then i suddenly get some energy out of nowhere
day 30: i’m back from my period!!!!!! this time the cramps were really really bad. i feel super energetic after exercising. really need to get back to this routine. man period cramps really do suck the life out of you. i have really bad pains in my lower back they’re the worse
day 31: ok it was kinda tough today but i did it!!!
day 32: it. hurts. so. much. my legs are shaking
day 33: yes i didn’t workout yesterday.... ok but in my defence I WAS GOING TO but namgi came live....and then...i just..didn’t wanna. today was pretty fun tho, i’m feeling great after working out today
day 34: this was yesterday. couldnt exercise today cause i had a zoom session and now i have another one in an hour :)))))))
day 35: feeling super good after exercising. listened to @simplypodlogica while exercising. was funnnn
day 36: i couldn’t exercise for 3 days cause i wasn’t feeling well mentally and physically. finally did today. so i think i’m gonna end this thread here. i’m extremely happy with the workouts and i’m gonna continue to do them everyday.
im gonna start intermittent fasting from tomorrow for a week so you can find me there :)) i hope i’m able to lose more weight through it. lets see!!!!
