Is she perfect on the outside? No. But on the inside she’s light fluffy buttery and warm i love her.

German pancakes
Place pan with oil all over in a preheating oven 400
In blender combine 6 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar, pinch salt, lil vanilla, lil cinnamon
Pour into pan bake 20 minutes or until golden
Serve w fresh fruit melted butter and powdered sugar
