I decoded a delay before in relation to some big entity flipping https://twitter.com/CodesUcq/status/1244035559292456960 likely Comcast. The extra volume of people that would come from it requiring more time on the flipping stage pushing back the deadline.
So long as they get it right I won't complain.

It's possible the delay was for something unrelated to the April booms that I'm not aware of. Whatever it is it's big enough a delay it required a comm to Xi about it.
