So the big question is how does this isolation compare to when I wintered over at the South Pole with 46 people, and did not leave Antarctica for 11 months?

Coronavirus Isolation: see 2 people a day

Antarctica Winterover: saw my now husband once every 11 months

Coronavirus self-care checklist vs. Antarctica Winterover self-care checklist.
