Dear @KenyaPower_Care 3 weeks ago we had a power blackout due to a faulty wire which took your 'technical team' 5 days to repair.
This is the mathogothanio they did wire they supposedly replaced is melting.
Evidently we are hurtling towards another blackout.

Its now 6 days since then and still no sign of your technical team.
How long do we have to wait?
Or do we have to wait until there's a blackout?
