Still very early days, everything is changing and lots of cases are unrecorded, but interesting that Sweden, the one Western country that has not closed schools, shut down society or banned travel, so far seems to have contained the spread better.

We must be careful with international comparisons this early, since testing and tracking varies dramatically, but Sweden has at least not tested less than others.
