Moya’s Quarantine Workout Thread:
Day 1 ☑️
Day 2 ☑️ - My workout buddy is all the way in St. Kitts but we still made it work today. It was nice having my partner back💕
Day 3 ☑️ -One more day left in the first week and I can’t wait to be done!!! Today didn’t murder me as much as yesterday tho.
Day 4 - DONE! Week 1 complete ☑️ So proud of myself cuz I kept procrastinating finishing this and halfway through the workout I was like Moya, last summer you been a try do HIIT and never made it through and look at you nowwwww sissss wooo!
Ok week 2 - Day 1. My workout buddy is tired so I went ahead and honestly it was rough but I did it!
Week 2 - Day 2. My partner has given up :( but anywho I’m still pushing and today wasn’t too bad 🤸🏾‍♂️🤸🏾‍♂️🤸🏾‍♂️
Week 2 - Day 3. I’m definitely getting fitter cuz this isn’t killing me as much (I’ve been doing HIIT for 2 months tho so this expected lmao) but yeaaa so excited to finish this week and start the new set of exercises woo!
Week 2 - Day 4 ☑️ As always, I’d like to thank myself for coming out and I’m so excited to start the new set wooooo!!
Week 3 - Day 1 ☑️ The second triplex was oh so very hard but we pushed 😅
Week 3 - Day 2 ☑️ There are so many arm exercises and squats in this workout that if my arms aren’t toned and my ass not fat by the end of this workout I’m going to have to sue myself😭😭😭
Week 3 - Day 3☑️ Constantly has to remind myself that it’s all mental work 🤸🏾‍♂️
Week 3 - Day 4 ☑️ First time working out so so late but I might just use this dopamine and use it to study... or sleep..whichever comes first 😂😂
Week 4 - Day 1 ☑️ Didn’t have much motivation today, but, on the days you lack motivation, DISCIPLINE!
Week 4 - Day 2 ☑️ I hate plyo squats. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
Week 4 - Day 3 ☑️ There were plyo squats and plank ups in today’s routine and I hated every min of those two exercises but I’m going to work on changing my mindset towards them

Week 5 - Day 1 ☑️ I’m so happy that I’ve decided to stick to a pattern with rest days so I can have weekends off because my body is thanking me for it! I amped up some of the reps and I’m not dying as much as I thought and the plyo squats are getting better 🤸🏾‍♂️🤸🏾‍♂️🤸🏾‍♂️🤸🏾‍♂️🤸🏾‍♂️
Week 5 - Day 2 ☑️ It was fun! Rest day tomorrow 🤸🏾‍♂️🤸🏾‍♂️
Week 5 - Day 3 ☑️ Two things I’m sure I’m getting out of these workouts (other than dopamine) are legs and arms. I’m pretty sure those parts are toning up.
Week 5 - Day 4 ☑️ Done with week 5 woo!
Week 6 - Day 1☑️ Off to a late start but it was funnnn. Also I’m seeing progress so I’m pumped
Week 6 - Day 2 ☑️Was wondering if I should delete this thread now that I’ve passed 21 days which means that this is a habit but eh imma keep going and stop when my old workout program resumes
