day 1. he picked me up from the airport last night. made me breakfast today. i cried about senior year being cancelled. now we’re at a party with his former roommate who cornered me and said “are you okay?” to which i replied “yes” and then burst into tears

day 2. woke up extremely hungover. first meal of the day was chinese food and an oreo milkshake at 3 PM. isolation is going well

it is 9:12 PM and he has gotten dressed for the first time today. the outfit? a white polo paired with salmon shorts with little blue boats on them. now he’s on the phone apologizing to our uber driver from last night for being so drunk

day 3. hung up my swarthmore pennant, napped from 2-4 PM. we went back through our early high school photos and roasted each other. i have not eaten a single vegetable since i got here but i have eaten 2 frozen pizzas

days 4-6 of quarantine: he said “what if we only communicated using sign language and sounds” and then we didn’t use words for a really long time

day 7 of quarantine: i cooked for the white man and then we watched videos of him golfing. one more week of this and i’m gonna start watching golf competitions

day 8: we sang spanish music while i made my favorite mexican food, i could get used to this

day 9 of quarantine: we had chocolate chip cookies for breakfast

day 10 of quarantine: i got my boyfriend to do face masks

day 11 of quarantine: he ate an entire pizza and a pupusa for dinner and remains a skinny legend. i hate men

day 12 of quarantine: he just said “when this is all over i’m never taking golfing for granted again” #shitmywhiteboyfriendsays

day 13 of quarantine: we played poker and i accidentally got drunk on beer

wrapping this thread up for now but just wanted to say we self-isolated together for the last 2 weeks and didn’t have a single fight but i did learn how to play chess in case you’re wondering what it’s like to live with a white man
