Starting with Adeni Chai (Yemeni cooked milk tea with cardamom/nutmeg/etc)

made with tea from @QahwahHouse (which is đź’Ż)
Poha - an Indian dish made of flattened rice, mustard seeds, haldi (turmeric), onions, chilis, topped with crispy peanuts, cilantro, and lemon juice

Popular for breakfast, but I added potatoes to mine to make it more filling for lunch
Tahini Rose Chocolate Chip Cookies - mixed white chocolate and a pistachio dark chocolate bar from Turkey bc we ran out of regular choco chips lol
PIZZA NIGHT!

grandma ish pizza - simple homemade tomato sauce, fresh mozz, parm, basil, garlic evoo

palak paneer pizza - homemade white sauce, layered with palaak paneer, fresh mozz, parm, then finished with zeera/laal mirch baghaar/tadka and fresh squeezed lime juice
Turkish Coffee Latte - I'm not a big fan of traditional Turkish coffee bc I like my coffee milky/creamy, so I added whole milk to the ibrik
Zaatar Croissants - croissants topped with zaatar, garlic olive oil, and white cheddar and no I did not make these from scratch I'm just having serious croissant withdrawals (thank you Trader Joe's for selling these frozen ones)

Paired with a cardamom oat milk latte
