jane austen novels!

if you like classic lit, this is your gal. 6 novels. 6 love stories. most romance tropes can be traced back to her. plus she has a whimsy satirical tone that i love. pride & prejudice & emma are top tier + there are tons of movies to watch after (sooo many)
the raven cycle

4 books? a girl named blue + some prep school boys trying to track down a mythical welsh king's burial. supernatural themes. all of blue's fam are witches/psychics. trigger warning for major character death
the foxhole court

18+ only (for real there are some heavy themes in this one. look up tw or ask me if you're unsure)

Neil is on the run from his violent crime boss father but he gets recruited by a college to play exy (hocket/rugby combo sport). team of misfits. stuff like that
carry on

((if you love harry potter but wish it was gayer, this is the book for you))

simon is an orphan-savior, goes to a magical boarding school, hates his roommate baz & there is evil magic stuff going on that he (reluctantly) has to solve.

a light, fun read
