I learned a lot of things about being isolated and distant from society and I have some tips that might help as we all find ourselves in isolation now.

1. Get dressed every day. Every day.
2. Get outside every day. Even if it& #39;s to your front porch for a lookie-see.
3. Don& #39;t eat too many starches or sugars if you& #39;re not active, they& #39;ll end up depressing your system and then you.

5. Stay in contact with family or friends - don& #39;t lie about how you& #39;re feeling
6. Limit the hours per day your television is turned onto a news station
7. Music is amazingly therapeutic. Seek out new music to love.

8. Try to establish a steady sleep/awake routine
9. Don& #39;t smoke too much weed or drink too much alcohol when you& #39;re alone
10. Grow something, like a houseplant
11. Do some daily form of regular exercise, preferably a mind-body one like yoga
