2. October 14, 2004: Ranbaxy whistleblower submits report to management addressing the fact that the company (Ranbaxy) falsified data on 200 pharmaceutical products in 40 separate countries.
4. April 13, 2007: Ranbaxy Whistleblower files Qui Tam lawsuit v Ranbaxy in District of Maryland

5. June, 2008: Ranbaxy Management sells the company to Daiichi for $4.6bln ; Clinton Fdn maintains relationship with Ranbaxy
6. September 16, 2008: FDA Issues Warning Letter to Ranbaxy citing 'serious manufacturing deficiencies'; this Warning Letter is one in a series both past, present and then future as well. Clinton Foundation and Clinton HIV/AIDS maintain partnership relationship
7. February 25, 2009: FDA Issues Warning Letter to Ranbaxy CEO, "Submitted untrue statements of material fact in new drug applications"; CFdn and CHAI maintain relationship
8. December 21, 2009: FDA Issues Warning Letter to Ohm Labs (affiliated with Ranbaxy) for "significant violations cause drug products to be adulterated"; Clinton Foundation and CHAI maintain relationship
9. January 25, 2012: DOJ issues Consent Decree of permanent injunction v Ranbaxy;
