Of all my clients, I didn't expect my dirt bike client to be doing the best, performance wise. However, I guess it makes some sense if you are going biking solo and need your gear and or bike fixed.
Our toy client is doing great as well. Interesting to see this as they seller high end kids toys and non of that plastic fisher price stuff. Our kids clothing client is in the same boat too. Luckily the latter is all made in Canada, so little impact to production of kids clothes.
Had a cool chat with a journalist that I read a lot of what they write. As I got off the phone, it occurred to me. If you have not emailed all your clients to just let them know you are on top of things. Do it today. You don't need to have a plan or have all the answers...
.... you want to let them know that you have their back. We try to get to know our clients pretty personally... down to kids + partner's name. Since last week we have been putting in place our GTM strategy and being proactive. Without them having to tell us.
We had a client's child join our team call and they seemed really into what we were talking about. If there ever was a time to have young people/kids see how cool marketing is. Now is the time! I was honestly waiting for them to ask us a questions but 30 seconds later they left.
For Facebook; don't forget you can target "fans" of FB Page and IG Profile. Great mid-funnel channel to drive more sales from either your full prices or on sale items. Helps fill your funnel as well.

Launch IG Story Polls too. As @SusanEDub would say, great ROAS! #FBAdsChat

Any audit done for a new ecom client, should include their tech stack and what apps slow down the site. Especially if your client has a lot of marketing/advertising apps you'll be using to synchronize data across platforms.
Why upselling matters right now? Beyond increased AOV. Great way to build customer loyalty. @harrys does a good job from upsell popup to packaging & branding. This is my latest purchase.

Talked with an ecom store yesterday....does 90% wholesale.. and they may or may not have GA installed on the site. Owner not sure if any of the last two paid people installed it or checked about it. Pretty sure they never used it to track or prove the value of paid. Heart sank.
This is why people hate and distrust marketing. People are not doing the basics to make sure stores are setup for success. Told the owners I would install GA for free, even if they don't work with us on paid stuff. They will need it to grow when they come out of this.

Comparing March to the average sales and revenue numbers in Nov. & Dec. Our toy client is doing about 40% of the business at 30% of the ad spend. The results is a 25% cheaper CPA on average for last month vs Christmas. The Amazon halo affect is real.
