Day 13: breakfast was a wrap with hummus, omelette, pea shoots, onions and some dried shrimp chilli.
Lunch: hummus, stir fried pea shoots with one bell pepper and some chicken, a bowl of vegetarian ABC soup.

Day 13 dinner: kind of a mixed bag. Vegetarian ABC soup, some leftover dhal , a flat bread. Was too lazy to cook. Gonna snack on chichacorn later.
