Day 0 of quarantine: made an awesome egg and cheese English breakfast muffin sandwich, with some veg and homemade tomato sauce for dinner.

Will definitely still be hungry later.
Day 1: brown rice, steamed carrot and chicken, kimchi, pesto, and pea shoots.

It’s a bigger portion than usual, but I’m still hungry because stress eating is my thing.
Day 1 dinner: beef burger, and spicy lentil soup. Joined forces with my friend (and next door neighbour), who made the soup.

My burger has grass-fed beef patties, fried egg, melted emmental cheese, pea shoots, onions, gherkins and homemade tomato sauce.

Soup was so good too 🌈

Panicking because I’m running out of Coke Zero
Day 6: made a giant pot of chicken stock last night, so today I had macaroni soup with veggies for lunch and dinner.

I also had some KFC for tea, but I’ve a very sensitive stomach. Because I’d been eating quite healthily for a while (even before RMO) my stomach rejected it.

Dinner: homemade hummus, with stir fried veggies from my neighbour

Vegetarian ABC soup.

Lunch: hummus, stir fried pea shoots with one bell pepper and some chicken, a bowl of vegetarian ABC soup.
