Starting with the heteros: 1) Dani/Malcolm aka #Brightwell Do you like that colleagues to friends to lovers (hopefully) slow burn? Competency and trust issues? Do you like this gif out of context as much as I do? If so, you should read this fic: https://archiveofourown.org/works/21728389
2) Edrisa/Malcolm aka Maldrisa. Love the idea of two smol nerds overly excited about weird murders? Who both sometimes have a problem with brain to mouth filters and reading the room? Awkward YOLO flirting? This is your ship. There are a couple dozen fics on AO3 so read ‘em all.
3) Jessica/Gil aka ??? I can’t actually comment on this ship because I have no real feelings about it. The straights seem to like it? There are like a dozen fics tagged with it? They look great together? Protective vibes and trauma to unpack? Have I just convinced myself? Maybe.
4) JT/Malcolm aka #Brimel. Your classic odd couple where the tall grumpy one comes around to liking the small annoying one. (Sure, the writers gave JT a wife, but imo that’s what poly is for.) Finally other ships which exist, but with a meager handful of fanworks (get on it people, diversify): Jessica/Martin, Gil/Jackie, the other dark and spicy option of John/Malcolm and there are also two lonely Dani/Ainsley fics out there 
...speaking of Dani/Ainsley, let me take a minute to yell about the other femslash ships folks are sleeping on like Jessica/Eve (yoooo) and Dani/Edrisa (put them in more scenes together i need it) also Dani/Jessica (just saying) also if Hetienne Park becomes a series regular
