Day 2: muffins!
Made from half eaten bananas, the rest of the apple sauce from the jar, and blueberries from my freezer, these tasty muffins are the definition of "waste not want not".
Also a PSA on silicone cupcake liners. They're cheap & reusable so get some & save the Earth.

Day 3: garlic naan!
I made chicken curry for dinner pretty much only as an excuse to make naan. It's just so good. And I didn't have to go to a restaurant to get it.

Side note: I halve the sugar but leave everything else the same. I don't like my bread to be sweet if I'm using it for savory things, but if you do then go full sugar.
