Half day of work today since we dropped our foster cats Baby and Blue at the clinic today to get fixed. Nicole’s office also sent her a new laser printer/scanner/copier, my new neighbor.

Beard is growing back. My CEO keeps complaining that he can see my nostrils when I use my phone for MS Teams calls. It feels like day eleventy billion of social distancing. I miss bowling.

I’m going through a crap ton of emails and notifications from carriers on the effects on transportation. She’s stuffing 700 envelopes for work and watching every version of Dawn of the Dead.

Weather was nice so we took a walk at lunch. Neighborhood is eerily quiet during the day. And now we are back and managing to have fun in the home office. While still focusing on work, of course.

Excited that the weekend is almost here. Until I realize that the weekend is just like the rest of the week now and the only difference is that I’m not sitting at the computer for 8 hours doing work.

With masks being required in public spaces I put one on today. But I have the feeling this isn’t the kind they mean —- but it’s working very well as no one is coming near me now.

Working from home is getting easier. Feels more natural and I actually have far fewer distractions than when I’m in the office. The only downfall is that I want to eat all day long.

The sun was out today and weather was in the high 50s so we took an early lunch and walked outside for a bit. Need more days like today. And now...back to work!
