Day 1 and 2 - it’s been so long since I worked out lmao so im kinda getting used to it again

Day 3 - im doing ok
Day 4 - rest day! and i can already feel sore muscles here
Day 5 - still getting used to doing many sit-ups again
Day 6 - i can feel the burn esp while doing crunches
