Tonight was vegan Mac & Cheese sorry didn’t get a photo before we served it.
The recipe is from our well worn copy of the New Farm Vegetarian Cook Book. Love those dirty hippies. We add broccoli and veggie sausage to ours.

Sarah went healthy for lunch quinoa with black beans corn and butternut squash over a mixed green salad.
Last night’s dinner BLT’s with homemade tempeh bacon, roasted broccoli, homemade fries. We are staying with Sarah’s mom and she has an air fryer, it rules.
I forgot to take a picture of tonight’s dinner but we did tofu in the air fryer and it was so good.
Nana made pizzas tonight, half of one with no cheese for me.
Nana did it again with gnocchi and rolls from Chloe’s vegan Italian cookbook.
And I made a chocolate cake for this amazing 12 year olds birthday. She decorated it. Recipe from some Moosewood cook book. (Look at how cool she is.)

Baked breaded tofu, green beans, and mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy.
Last night was roasted cauliflower tacos. #vegan Also made guacamole.
Tonight was lemon herb tofu with roasted broccoli.
