In the 11th Yang Family Tai Chi Cloud Hands tutorial Llyod gives good instruction in his living room. You can see practicing cloud hands can be done in a small space in your living room.
Cloud hands can also be practiced while sitting, or lying on your back.

There are so very many forms of qigong. You shouldn't do them all, but pick one you like! If you want a suggestion, you can DM. My current practice is Chunyi Lin's Spring Forest Qigong. The practice can help relieve stress. The less stress we have, the stronger our immunity.
