queen sono is a south african netflix show about a bad ass black woman whos a spy. not fantasy or sci fi but shes everything so watch it!
october faction on netflix is about a mixed black/white family whos parents hunt supernatural beings and the kids have powers too. awaiting szn 2.
runaways is a marvel show about a super diverse group of teens with powers. i spotted 2 afrodominicans in the cast, one is a lead. a rarity.
siempre bruja is a colombian Netflix show about an afrolatina witch. probably the only show out with an afrolatina. much less a lead.
the umbrella academy: a mixed family of adopted superheroes (including a mestizx and black girl) reunites. its better than i expected.

memories of the alhambra: korean series about a guy who goes to granada in spain to experience a hyperrealistic augmented reality game about 1492 & figure out what happened to its disappeared programmer.
abyss: a korean series about a couple of friends brought back to life from the dead, in different bodies, with an alien orb called abyss. as they try to figure out who murdered one of them.
osmosis: a french series about a startup developing a neural implant/algorithm that matches ppl with their socalled soulmate and goes wrong.
siren: very diverse series about mermaids who are endangered and defending themselves at all costs. featuring black and maori mermaids.
