An animal welfare charity which rescues and finds homes for abandoned dogs and cats within London, brings therapy dogs to the sick & elderly, & helps the homeless and other vulnerable pet owners care for their animals despite economic hardship.

A strong believer in using the arts to bring people from different backgrounds and communities together, Meghan became patron of The National Theatre.

Their mission is to make world class theatre that is entertaining, challenging, inspiring & most importantly, for everyone.

Travelled to Ireland with Harry on an official two day royal visit in 2018

Toured the Pacific Region including Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand with Harry in 2018 to reaffirm each country’s close ties to the UK and to highlight important global issues including climate change, mental health and gender equality.

Gave a speech about feminism at a celebration of the 125th anniversary of women's suffrage in New Zealand.

Gave a speech at the University of the South Pacific's main Fiji campus centred around the Importance of Women's Education

Attended an event hosted by the Association of Commonwealth Universities at King's College London to discuss higher education opportunities for young people all over the world. Guests included university leaders, academics and international scholarship students

Travelled to Morrocco on an official tour with Harry in 2019

Patron of "Smart Works": a charity that prepares underprivileged women for workforce

- Worked with several fashion collaborators to launch a capsule collection named "The Smart Set," which operates on a 1:1 model. For each item purchased, one is donated to Smart Works.

Attended a round-table discussion with the Association of Commonwealth Universities in Johannesburg. There she was joined students and educators who openly discussed challenges for girls gaining access to university.

Guest Edited The September Issue Of British Vogue: entitled “Forces for Change”.

The issue highlights “brilliant female changemakers who have had a laudable impact in recent times and who are set to reshape society in radical and positive ways”.

Toured Southern Africa with Harry in 2019 to build support for climate change initiatives, women’s rights, illegal wildlife trade, race relations, and cultural understanding.

Gave a speech during their Africa Tour at a Justice Desk initiative in Nyanga township

Delivered a speech to end their 10 day Royal Tour in Southern Africa emphasising the Importance of treating people with respect

Joined a school assembly to speak to 700 students about the importance of gender equality to mark International Women's Day 2020.

To wrap up her work as a working royal, Meghan meet with the Association of Commonwealth Universities. She spoke with Scholars studying and researching important areas surrounding; cleaning up plastic pollution in our oceans, helping to build more sustainable cities and more.
