1). *CLAIRSENTIENCE AND COMPASSION*

*A three-step approach to cultivating compassion and overcoming empathic sensitivity.*

If you are highly sensitive and empathic and feeling increasingly debilitated by the emotions and feelings you were picking up from other people.
2).Is there any way to cultivate your sensitivity without feeling so overwhelmed and burnt out?

It’s depleting and exhausting to be flooded with other people’s emotional energy. And it’s a predominant cultural theme these days.
3).The words ‘empath’, and ‘sensitive’ are synonyms for clairsentience, an energetic term used to convey the ability to sense into and feel other people’s emotions. Clairsentience is not a life sentence. It’s actually a trainable skill.
4). You can learn to decrease clairsentience, create healthy energetic boundaries, and enjoy a sophisticated and elegant way of relating to others without being awash in their emotions.Clairsentience is a function of your second chakra.
5). Located slightly below ur navel,2nd chakra has a petaled aperture or opening in d front&back dat can be adjusted2regulate energy flow. Chakras operate like vacuums or vortexes,&de whirl in energy frm ur surroundings.Ur Sacral chakra’s function is2manage&monitor ur emotions.
6). When excessively open, your energy field is easily overwhelmed by the emotional energy of others.

If your Sacral chakra is too open when on a late arriving airplane filled with passengers worried about making connecting flights, you’ll vacuum in a lot of anxiety,
7).whether or not you’re anxious abt ur own connecting flight! If you’re supporting a friend in a hospital emergency room, you’ll vacuum free-floating pain, fear, anger&a whole host of other emotions.
8).Bottomline:If ur SacralChakra is2open,you’re pulling in emotional energy wherever u go,drama or not!Dat’s d nature of clairsentience, sensitivity, empathic connection.
U may be concerned dat you’ll be cold or heartless, distant&disengaged if u regulate ur SacralChakra&decrease
9). clairsentience.

Not to worry. You’ll be able to cultivate a deep connection through your compassion center instead.

When you’re flowing compassion,ur heart is available,&it’s a force4good, 4presence&genuine connection. Compassion means,‘I see&hear u. I’m open&available.’
10). Energetically, compassion is a flow-state. Your compassion center is located in your entire upper chest area, and connects to your heart chakra. It’s where you might spontaneously place your hand if I said something that moved or touched you.
11). You can never be depleted by the energy of compassion! It’s an ever-present flow state that supports your entire being, radiating outward. The compassion center fosters connection, sharing and full-on presence while remaining self-contained and energetically boundaried.
12). Very elegant, very sophisticated, very respectful of everyone’s energy and autonomy.

*A THREE STEP APPROACH TO CULTIVATING COMPASSION AND OVERCOMING EMPATHIC SENSITIVITY*
13) i).Set an intention to evolve beyond clairsentience. An intention might be: I am present, have boundaries and am compassionate with myself and others, fostering self-responsibility.
14). ii). Monitor and train your Sacral chakra to cease vacuuming in other people’s emotional energy. Bring your awareness to your Sacral chakra, slightly below your navel, and imagine closing the petals of the chakra to about 25% open.
15).iii). Cultivate your compassion center. Fill your upper chest with beautiful, clear, light pink energy…the frequency of compassion.
Practice this repeatedly. Consider pausing and performing this energetic reset before joining activities and moving about your day.
16). Imagine your life without the depletion and exhaustion of taking on and holding other people’s emotional energy. Imagine compassionately uplifting others without being taken down.
17). Regulating your Sacral chakra and anchoring in your compassion center and heart chakra, creates an elegant and empowered solution that benefits you and all with whom you come in contact.
