@sainsburys I’ve had a delivery pass with you for years. I’ve had no email reminder to renew, just placed an order and now it says I have no delivery pass? Do you not send reminders anymore?I’ve been charged £2 delivery on £160 shop, even though you’ve not told me it’s run out?!

Hello @sainsburys could someone drop me a reply please. I’ve been shopping a lot for other people in my road & notice that you’ve now opened up deliveries to valued customers with delivery passes. As you’ll see from my account I have had a DP for years and years and you didn’t
