Since I keep getting shit on by so many Bernie supporters, let me spell it out for you:

Warren was/is my first choice. I am fully in support of progressive policies.

Unfortunately, though, not all of America is ready to get behind that agenda. We cannot afford to make the same
mistakes that were made in 2016. Winning all of the electoral votes from CA and NY isn't going to cut it. We NEED the moderate Dems in the Midwest and swing states to vote Democratic to have a chance at winning the election. Based on the primary results thus far, it seems very
unlikely that the majority of those voters are going to be willing to vote for Bernie to head up the ticket.

Now, I'm a pragmatist. I'd rather have ANY Democratic president than a Republican one, especially Trump...even if that means only getting to enact policies that I prefer
in small doses or piecemeal. My preferred candidate has already dropped out of the race. But I'm not stupid or selfish enough to proclaim that I'll withhold my vote from the eventual Democratic nominee. Not am I obtuse enough to think that Biden would somehow be "just as bad" as
another four years of Trump. If you can actually make that claim and plan on following through with the threat of not voting, then you really need to consider the consequences for those who literally cannot afford to go through another 4 years of this hell. Immigrants, people on
SSI and welfare, those whose housing depends on HUD funding, people who depend on Medicaid and Medicare to stay alive, etc. Do you truly believe that a Trump, without fear of having to run a reelection campaign, is going to be restrained in any way, shape, or form when it comes
to his unabashed bigotry, stupidity, and pandering to his 1% buddies? If you think the last 4 years have been bad, do you really think the next 4 won't be even worse?!

Vote for whomever you like during the primary. But when the general comes around, & you choose not to vote for
the Democratic candidate, you are essentially voting for Trump. He knows this. Which is why even HE is fomenting disagreements between Biden and Bernie supporters. Don't play his game. After the primaries, it's time to coalesce around WHOEVER the Democratic nominee is & complete
our SHARED goal of getting Trump and his leeching, stupid family the fuck out of office. If you aren't able to see the importance of a Democratic win during this election, then you need to re-examine your damn privileges and get with the program.
