Top 25 Best Bollywood Movies of the Last Decade (2010s i.e. 2010-2019)
Well. This is an out and out subjective list which entirely depends on how the films have stayed with me over the years and how much I have loved them and found them great.

I haven't included any film which hasn't been seen by me yet.
25. #CHHICHHORE (2019):

Well, I would be lying to myself if I say I didn't enjoy this movie. A very well intentioned film which genuinely motivates you and makes you root for the protagonists. Yes, It was tiring in a few parts, but it was damn relatable and nostalgic.
24. #TRAPPED (2017):

Director Vikramaditya Motwane makes you feel each and every bits of life of a helpless man who has been trapped in a closed room. The tight, genuinely tense screenplay further gets elevated by Rajkumar Rao's the superlative performance!
23. #ALIGARH (2016):

Based on the real life of a gay professor in AMU, Aligarh allows Manoj Bajpayee to deliver such a performance which feels moving and natural. Perhaps, the decade's best performance by a male actor for me!
Remember the iconic Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha moment?
22. #ROCKSTAR (2011):

A movie doesn't have to be flawless to be liked. It just needs to be relatable, moving and true to itself. Ranbir's terrific Performance makes you connect with his character and the struggle.
Also, arguably, the decade's best album!
21. #FILMISTAAN (2014):

Filmistaan celebrates Film-mania. It's joyful and the two main characters are adorable. Sadly, it's an underrated film and should be watched by a larger section of people. It has a niche appeal, but it's damn entertaining. The climax is overwhelming.
20. #EnglishVinglish (2012):

A feel-good movie filled with many interesting and overwhelming sequences which makes you root for Shashi. Sridevi is divine! The scenes between her and her friends were some of the most beautiful moments in the film.
19. #KaiPoChe (2013):

Kai Po che isn't one dimensional. It has different moods. But all of them beautifully overlaps with each other. It has both lighthearted moments as well as heartbreaking visuals which are well supported by the impressive performances.
18. #NEERJA (2016) :

Based on the life of the great Neerja Bhanot who gave her life to save people, this deeply moving film strikes each and every corner of the heart! Whenever I have watched it, I have cried. Sonam and all the other actors are pretty impressive in the movie..
17. #QUEEN (2014):

The last scene where Rani rejects his boyfriend and walks away with a smiling face, still haunts me. Director Vikas Bahl manages to introduce you to the world of Rani and her relatable moments. Kangana Ranaut is simply brilliant in it.
16. #ADeathInTheGunj (2017):

A masterfully directed film which makes you feel for Sutu which will remain one of the most relatable characters of last decade for me! Vikrant Massey delivered an excellent performance with his vulnerabilities which breaks your heart.
15. #HAIDER (2014):

Perhaps, the most well acted movie in the list which has beautiful Cinematography and technical aspects! Tabu is so good that even just by sitting and staring, she manages to steal your heart. Shahid, Kay Kay Menon and Irfan are brilliant in their roles.

Dangal was a solid final to 2016. The wrestling sequences are eye catching and realistic. The performances are incredible and convincing. The skillful direction and an engaging screenplay makes you root for the protagonists.
13. #PINK (2016):

"No" is not just a word, it's a sentence itself.

This hard-hitting social thriller drama is genuinely moving without getting over the top and emotionally manipulative. I was left with a deep impression when I finished watching it.
12. #TUMBBAD (2018):

"Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's need, but not every man's greed."

Tumbbad is a well crafted film which does not feel boring or out of place even for a second. That great vision and imagination deserves all kinds of appreciations!

Simple story. Incredible storytelling. It has some nostalgic moments which bring joy, but then the story turns into a direction to introduce you to the harsh reality of child labors which is heartbreaking.
8. #Andhadhun (2018):

In this deliciously twisted and superbly acted piece , you will feel the tension throughout the movie. I might have predicted a few of the plot sequences, but it was always a curiosity to figure out if your guess gets right or wrong!

I loved the way how the two different stories align in the end. All the characters are relatable. The beautiful setups, Cinematography and music further elevates it.

Not to forget the iconic dialogue "Yeh Dukh Kaahe Khatam nahi hota bey"
6. #OCTOBER (2018):

I don't know how I will define this movie. A movie which seems too simple, but is too deep and that may stay with me for a long time. Soojit Sircar creates a world where even the silence has meanings. One of the most emotionally satisfying movie recently.

Lootera is an emotion, close to my heart! The love story of Pakhi (My most favorite famale character)-Varun is both heartbreaking and poignant. I cried when Varun died as I could live the world. Not to forget the great Cinematography and mesmerizing music!
