After the Mr. Simple incident (Donghae and Hyukjae started pouring water on Leeteuk, which led to Leeteuk getting angry at Kyu etc), Heechul gathered all the dongsaengs and told them to respect Leeteuk as a leader

Knowing Brothers ep62: Leeteuk told a story about how Kang Ho-dong was cold to him for 6 months during Star King. Heechul said he saw how Leeteuk was stressed during those 6 months so he became cold to Ho-dong for 6 months too! #teukchul #83line

Heechul jokes abt Leeteuk's TV personality but he knows what his friend can do. When the hosts of Radio Star called Heechul looking for his replacement, HC suggested LT right away.

SuperTV Live-Together ep is full of #teukchul #83line but here are just a few subtle moments:

Heechul is the one that suggests counseling by calling it a "personality test." Teuk didn't want to do it. You can tell HC's nervous about it but he's really concerned for his friend

When they get there, LT doesn't want to do it. Look at Heechul's face when he ignores all Teuk's comments and just looks at him while he's talking. Concerned and helpless all at once like, "I want to help you but I don't know how, so I'm bringing you here." forever #teukchul

maybe a bit delulu I have no doubt that Heechul planned the visit to the psychiatrist as soon as he knew he had one day with just him and Leeteuk. also I can't with the way they look at each other when the other person isn't looking always fond and concerned. #83line #teukchul

Up to the start of the consultations, Leeteuk's trying to tell him that it isn't necessary. Heechul doesn't mind -- he instead volunteers to go first, knowing somehow that his leader and friend won't leave him alone. #teukchul #83line

Counseling isn't normal variety show material. There probably could've been more wacky things they could've done for ratings. But it clearly wasn't about the broadcast; HC just really wanted to help LT out. The show was secondary; helping his friend came first. #teukchul #83line

Look at Heechul's face scolding everyone for not being more sensitive to Leeteuk's struggles; he probably knew a bit about his friend's pain already, and it hurt him that the others could take LT for granted. #teukchul #83line

Radio Star 436: Topic was the #83line way of talking to management. Heechul is more direct, Leeteuk likes to talk more gently. The hosts were trying to stir up a joke/conflict between the two by implying that HC isn't following his leader bec he's too direct... (1/2)

SJ Returns: they were talking about different show ideas. Leeteuk said that the writers might steal their ideas, and Yesung said that Teuk would probably make some boastful comments if that happened.

Running Man 275 (2015): the theme of the episode was competition between "rivals." Although they did it jokingly, Heechul was quick to say that they're not rivals, they're just "polar opposites." If compared with the Live-Together episode...(1/2) #teukchul #83line

Adding this here purely because it's a sweet #teukchul #83line moment: although they're the same age, Heechul wants to be the younger brother. He used the Korean word "maknae" (Running Man 275)

Their Running Man ep together was their first TV ep together without any other members in 10 years. That was 2015 (Devil era). Who knew they would be doing Live-Together three years later #teukchul #83line their reactions are everything

Knowing Brothers 62: Leeteuk told the story of how Hodong hit him bec he fell asleep during Star King. Heechul immediately pointed out that Hodong sleeps while filming, so why couldn't Leeteuk sleep too? #teukchul #83line

HC: "Why the heck can you not let him sleep?"

They said their Running Man ep was their first time together alone on tv but they probably forgot about Star Date in 2011. Incheon Battle must've still been fresh in both of their minds.

2011: Heechul's last stage before his enlistment. Leeteuk couldn't stop crying, said "I love u" to Chul and HC kept trying to comfort him by holding his hand They were the first to hug too.

Idol Room: I think Heechul's "diss" towards Leeteuk probably held more serious truth than just joking, he's always talking about how LT isolates himself and doesn't go to meet people. BUT THE BACK HUG AT THE END (and their hairstyles!!! iconic #83line #teukchul)

Idol Room: even in the chaos after he dropped the "chat group without you" joke, Heechul took a few seconds to pull Leeteuk aside and reassure him. #83line #teukchul
