Another day, another postcard from someone who isn't Googleable, offering to buy my house, requesting I keep the matter private. No company name or website, just a PO Box address and a phone number to call to listen to a prerecorded message.
I've decided to start keeping a log of these.
Today's postage-paid sender is STL D4U 97401, reply address a PO box in 43203
A previous one was Permit 634 in San Fran, reply address a PO box in 43228

Today's text message came from +1-614-541-8770 claiming they're Sean, a "local investor" who owns "a couple rentals in the area" and who likes the area. Wants to know if I'm interested in selling. I wonder if the Do Not Call list applies to these sort of offers.
Sean says he works for himself, and found my info by cross-referencing the public property records with the generic personal info brokers. I sure wish that business model was illegal.
Today's call comes from "Owner Now", who apparently has a dedicated marketing department that stalks property-owners but doesn't bother to check the Do Not Call list.
Another offer, this time 614-992-8631, making me a cash offer on a property I don't own.
Today's full-color envelope mailer is from a HomeVestors® franchise office and includes links for system-wide phone and direct-mail opt-outs:

Today's text message comes from "Jeff" at +1-614-643-3243, making another unsolicited offer.
Today's text message comes from "Chris" at +1-614-696-5262, asking what offer would I accept.
For the record: if you want to make an unsolicited cash offer on my house, your offer should be a whole-number percentage of the FY 2019 US federal budget deficit.
Today's mailer comes from http://www.ohiocashfairoffer.com/ , powered by https://carrot.com/ , and is particularly creepy because they sent it to an address that is not my street address.

The Franklin County Auditor presumably understands the order of how names are stored in their DB, right?
Why are they sending mail to me at Lastname Firstname Middlename?
