I’ve been curious how seidou will look after the current third years graduate
Here are my theories of eijun as a third year
He as ace will beat Narumiya and Inashiro in the summer tournament and become the biggest pitcher in the high school league in his third year
How will Seido survive without the current 3rd years who are basically the strength and support of the whole team - the majority of the 1st string is made of third years
The current second years on the first string will continue their spots in their third years -
Eijun will probably stay as the ace and considering his show of being able to unite and inspire the team he will probably be captain after miyuki

Furuya will continue being a pillar of the team as a pitcher alongside eijun

Tho tbh eijun and furuya have showcased that they are quite close currently with furuya calling eijun by his first name
Terajima has been highlighting two current 2nd yrs who will probably shine in their third yr - kaneda (current 1st string relief pitcher) and Takatsu (who has been showing ability but not enough to be picked for the 1st string yet)
there have been 1st years highlighted this season tho we’ve barely seen their abilities
The 2 pitchers Asada (who rooms with eijun) and Kuki
Seto Tokuma joined the 1st string but we haven’t really seen him play yet
Mogami who so far has been comedic relief

And tho it’s clear yui and okumura will take up the absence in main catcher (with current 2nd year catcher kariba pulling up into ono’s supporting position nct yr prob)

Not sure anyone can replace the sheer ability and intelligence of miyuki for seidou
But clear that tho yui and okumura have comfortable batteries with all the pitchers

side note - it's so clear that amahisa really enjoys the friendship of baseball when he tried to reach out to sanada after sankou beat yakushi

tbh i doubt eijun would get injured since he's been noted to be quite flexible and he puts a lot of effort into taking care of his condition (never overworks himself for the sake of the team a for a chance to pitch)
