First of all,reporting it within twitter. It probably doesn't help to do it this way since twitter has its own form to fill out just for this kind of stuff, but I like to think it helps. These are the options I choose followed by "someone else."
As I said, twitter has an official form for this kinda stuff. This link is twitters official page for reporting this kind of material to them. I use it a lot. It lets you report a user and you copy and paste the links to the post.

If you don't know how to copy and paste a link, it's pretty universal throughout all platforms twitter is used on, but here's a quick tutorial: (Click the thingy to the left of the heart.)
Before we move on to the post important part. Let me show you what twitter claims they do to people who post this stuff:

finally you report to the Cyber tipline. The cybertipline is run by the National center for Missing and Exploited Children. It really works. Go on google, put in "National center for missing and exploited children cybertipline" & then news. It gets many p*dos arrested everyday.
Heres the link to cybertipline, I recommend using the desktop version. If you zoom,you can use that version on mobile, the mobile report form just doesn't seem mobile friendly. Give them as much detail about the issue and your contact info if you want:

If you want to,you can also inform proper authorities. I thankfully live next door to an amazing man who works for federal authorities & has helped me get in contact with needed officials before, but not everyone is so lucky. If you feel it's necessary to report, go for it.
