i’m not one to post my business on social media, but since this FRAUDULENT ass girl wants to keep BLOCKING me on social media, instead owning up to her shit. i think it’s time.

let’s get into it. sophomore year me and @khaliah_chalk moved into a 3-2 w the “CEO” of genie hair aka JEANNE DORLYS BERTRAND she had lived in the apartment for a year. me & khaliah was just renewing the lease. (so who would’ve thought she would have problems paying the rent.)
originally i went w. khaliah to just see the apartment and another girl was supposed to move in with them. Jeanne’s FIRST LIE was about the 3rd roommate living with her (in her room) previously and the girl had no problem helping her pay rent just for her to turn around
& say she couldn’t pay the $100 application fee so they needed another roommate (i addressed this during one of our discussions). i was like it would be cheaper for me to live off campus & against my dads advice i moved in.
i didn’t have a car & they both agreed to help carpool back and forth to school. (stupid, i know).
shit is super sweet at first, until we realize she dirty. we get into a little argument and after that ion fw her like that and we only communicate via groupchat and when bills due. that’s just the backstory, a little context for you.
fast forward. October 19, 2018. WHEW. @khaliah_chalk had dropped me off on her way out 2go 2work @ the mailbox. when i get home, i am going thru the mail&we all have these fat ass envelopes. i open mine & to my mfn dismay, it’s an eviction notice. & im just like it ain’t no way.
jump back to September. September 5th, 2018. we received a notice on the door about rent being late. @khaliah_chalk got in the groupchat asked what was good cause we sent her the money. as you can see the bitch is obviously a liar.
but it’s on us too, cause we should’ve checked after to make sure she paid. and looking back at the messages they make no damn sense. especially now that i handle everything for my apartment. we didn’t know any better.
later we found a second eviction notice that they put on the door balled up in her room dated 9/28/2018

October. at this point, sis has been living her best life off our coins. she had ordered a mini couch for her room, a comforter, a new phone, taking trips to Miami, booking air bnbs and all. taking our rent money, buying hella weed. just whatever she wanted.
October 1st. I’m just upload the screenshots. I’m over this typing shit. It’s honestly just so much. Like she repeatedly lied to us over and over again. *keep in mind the dates*
rereading this shit makes me so mad. especially at myself! like I KNEW something was not right. I KNEW. it never occurred to me that this girl wasn’t paying rent. her name was on the lease just like ours. nobody could’ve told me she was doing this shit.
i was at work. so i texted khaliah and told her to call. two lessons learned:

even after all of that, i never called the leasing office myself to check and she texted the groupchat and our dumb asses just took her word.

she was collecting our money and using it as her own! but on twitter talking about being associated with “broke people”, just DAYS after she was in the groupchat lying about what she was doing with our rent money. THE AUDACITY of this raggedy bitch.
back to October 19th, 2018. as i was walking home otp w my dad crying w the papers she was backing out to head home for the weekend. i was otw home to fight (& i still want to) but my dad said he wouldn’t bond me out of jail and i just needed to calm down.
she heads to the leasing office. i go inside and lock myself in my room and call khaliah. we went to the leasing office got on a 3 way call with khaliah cause she was stuck in traffic. jeanne told us & the leasing office she was waiting for money from a loan and getting some
4m her parents & she would pay it on Monday. October 20th, 2018. khaliah’s mom came down & we looked 4 apartments & when we got back we noticed her door was shut so we open it & we only see her friend. She didn’t say anything & we just assumed that Jeanne had sent her 2 get stuff
we hear the front door shut and we look out the window to see jeanne and her friend getting in the friend car. so she texts us this....
y’all. it’s obviously bullshit. but anyways she left that day and literally never came back to the apartment. i seen her one time after that, at panik room (and that’s a story). she left her tv, bed, clothes, mail (she did apply for loans and was denied), EVERYTHING.
that night i went in her filthy room & found the same papers we had got in the mail in her closet. she was legally served those papers and didn’t think to tell us? it had gone that far and she didn’t tell us.
i prefer to take my Ls in private & this is exactly what that was. A FAT ASS L. She LEFT & we were left to pick up the pieces. B4 she actually left soflo. She was staying w friends tellin them lies about the carpet being cleaned, & she couldn’t go home bc of that & other bullshit

PS. the leasing office did us DIRTY. we showed them every receipt and they didn’t GAF! they wanted their money (just like i want mine) the whole time they were only communicating w jeanne. we had been to the leasing plenty of time from August- October and they never mentioned
to us having past or outstanding balance. even when went to go we court during mediation we couldn’t come to an agreement so we went before the judge.
My biggest is thing with this con artist is that she was CONSTANTLY LYING. Repeatedly. She had AMPLE amount of opportunities to let us know if she was struggling w money, and she wasn’t!
Why did I post all of this? Because after everything... this bitch still has the AUDACITY. Like I previously mentioned, she had BLOCKED US on everything.
So June 30th, 2020 i’m watching IG stories and run across this
i was surprised i could even see it. i go to her IG and i see she has been to Paris, launched a whole hair line, portraying herself like she not a fraudulent ass bitch. i’m like wow. she really turned our life upside down and just went on about hers with no remorse.
then you have the nerve to unblock and move on like nothing happened?!? like girl you could’ve kept me blocked. ain’t shit sweet.
so one of her hair models post the photo shoot, and i click on the hair page and i see she has blocked me again from her regular IG since her i can’t click on her @ from the bio.

i am tired of her scamming ass getting off scot-free. thinking she can just literally block out the fact she did what she did. no. & since she can’t be a woman about it and dm me back, here it is for the TL. it’s long overdue.
