Why is Naruto is a shit MC (thread)

Naruto in Pt1 was a good MC, loved him there so there’s not much for me to point out in Pt1 about him being bad

Shippuden Naruto is a different story, he just ruined the series for me, I didn’t like how bitchy he was compared to the other characters in the series. I also got tired of his backstory because it was shown every. 15. fucking. seconds.

His backstory was good and relatable on a surface level, but it was just that they showed it too much for my liking. Stupid swing!

Also I didn’t like the entrance to Naruto coming back to the village. He came back after 2yrs of training with the goat Jiraiya and he went to go find Sasuke only to get his ass beat, like he didn’t even put up a FUCKING FIGHT LIKE BRO WHERES THAT 2 YRS OF TRAINING??

I also didn’t like the chasing Sasuke thing, I understand it was necessary but it didn’t interest me. I also don’t like how Naruto was such a bitch about it the ENTIRE time.

Naruto would always realize he was wayyy behind Sasuke everytime, but what did he decide to do? cry about it that’s what. There was that 1 short training scene and it was him cutting the waterfall but other than that I don’t remember him training. (other than Sage / Killer Bee)

Everytime he trained they never really expanded on HIS strength they just gave him another form (Sage, KCM) which i’m saying wasn’t good forms in which I actually like those 2 a lot. His taijutsu SUCKED and I never saw him genuinely learn hand-to-hand combat shit.

When he fought, he would only use rasengan(s), Shadow Clones, and Bijuu shit so it wasn’t fun to watch him fight because clones get boring after a bit of him just spamming them with his massive chakra reserves and rasengan is just a ball you smack em with its wack.

Bijuu shit was cool but he really didn’t develop shit for it until the 4th Ninja War. Ima use Sasuke as an example, I liked his character, his backstory (even tho it was shown a lot as well so it got worn down), I liked most his jutsu, they were good and flashy.

Ima be using Sasuke as an example of a lot things throughout this so expect that.

I also felt like a chunk of hate comes from him just interrupting whatever Sasuke was doing in the mid part of the series. Sasuke would be fighting and doing all this cool shit and-

it would just cut to Naruto being a bitch about not finding him and it would annoy me so much like if you WANT to find him so bad, train for a bit so you can compete IF you do find him, man up about it you won’t get nowhere crying and being a bitch about it-

AND ITS ALSO THE FACT NO ONE WOULD TELL HIM LIKE “dawg stop being a bitch, it won’t get you nowhere pick your ass up n get stronger” AND IT ANNOYED THE FUCK OUTTA ME

Naruto also wasn’t that funny to me, he didn’t have anything that I would say would make him cool, his character design is shitty imo his clothes are too short as if he never changed clothes in the 2 yrs he was gone. Like usually if a character isn’t flashy (Rock Lee) they still-

appeal to me if they’re funny (ex Mineta, Krillin) Also ik Krillin fights n shit but he never really does anything important BUT WERE TALKING AB NARUTO

I’ve basically said what I wanted to say ab Naruto but i’ll sum it up again.

He cries over Sasuke too much and did nothing about it, not funny (pt1 Naruto is), and isn’t fun to watch fight.

Now THIS is what I wanna talk about, the Naruto v Sasuke final fight and I want to emphasize on the fact Naruto wasn’t holding back as much as y’all make it seem.

I’m sure if you’ve read this far you’ve seen the series so you know both Sasuke and Naruto’s feats so I shouldn’t have to go over them.

Sasuke as you know has the MS and Rinnegan, a lot of Jutsu, Susanoo and during that fight he absorbed some of all the bijuu’s power so there was NO WAY Naruto was holding back completely like y’all make it out to be and here’s why:

Sasuke was def more experienced in fighting, I feel like his taijutsu was better, he had a wide amount of jutsu he could use for different situations (unlike Naruto) and with Sasuke absorbing the bijuus there was just no way he was holding back completely

I understand Naruto wasn’t trying to kill, but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t playing offense at all, you just never saw it because of Sasuke’s offense it locked him on defense basically. Naruto as it looked would avoid killing him and that’s all (which he did to most opponents)

So idk if I would even say he was holding back the entire fight, just on sum attacks he’d scale them down if he felt like they injure him a lot. Sasuke could definitely hold his own against full power Naruto in that fight due to all his feats.

Also I understand Naruto has sum hack shit so he was obviously the more powerful one (which was even stated by Sasuke in Boruto) so i’m not saying he was weaker than Sasuke bc he wasn’t.

The fight is too hard to say who really had the advantage the whole fight, and it’s also why I fucking hate the fight, it was cool flashy n shit but it was Sasuke beating Naruto’s ass because he was “holding back” but when you look into it there’s no way he was completely

Also I figured I should add this in, when I watched Naruto I wasn’t really enjoying it so I rushed it so I could finish it and say i’ve at least seen it since it’s def something most anime watchers should give a shot and even if I don’t really like it it’s still a must watch
