@VodafoneIN pathetic levels of support by ur official Cust Care via email & phone, both! No resolution to my simple query since 1 month. I've asked a simple ques, How do I activate Rs269 plan using my existing Main Balance. Ur Cust Care has gvn incorrect USSD codes twice so far.
First they told me I can activate by dialing *444*269# I have this in writing by ur Cust Care, but it doesnt work. I also provided screenshot of error as requested by ur team, still no respite. How can u actually provide incorrect info in writing? Refer interaction in images.
Now they askd me to provide screenshot of *121# Why? Aren't u supposed to know how ur system works? Frm the past 1 month, I'm trying to get u guys to tell, how to activate Rs269 plan using my existing main Balance? Ur incompetence is par imagination. Refer interaction in images.
Still,as per ur request,I hv provided screenshot of *121# to ur Official Cust Care by email. However, thr is no response frm ur end. Why r u just fooling around & not providing any resolution? Dont ask me my no. as u've already called me several times but r not gvng any solution.
Quite surprisingly ur website doesnt enlist name & email of Nodal Officers,why? Isnt it a rule by @TRAI to declare all Nodal Officers? Who am I supposed to escalate to? I hv markd Appellate Authority with my Service Request No. 2034768305 open since 28-Jan. Pl provide resolution!
