History of Ferrari fuck ups and controversies (Including driver errors), in no chronological order. A thread.
Austria 2002: Controversial team order, that was so farcical, they got team orders as a whole banned until 2011

They also recieved a $1,000,000 fine for good measure
Monaco 2019 Qualifying: Not sending Charles Leclerc out for another lap in Q1, resulting in him starting 16th.
"Fernando is faster than you" resulted in the team being fined $100,000
Malaysia 2013: Kept Alonso out despite his front win quite literally hanging off the front of his car
Bahrain 2019:
Vettel half spun, flatspotting his tyres, the subsequent vibrations quite literally ended up shaking his front wing off
Also Leclerc's engine broke, costing the team a win
Baku 2018: Vettel went for an overly opportunistic divebomb for the lead into turn 1, flatspotted his tyres, and fell back to P4
Canada 2019: Say whatever you want about this one, it was Seb's fault and it cost him a win
Russia 2019: Poor handling of drivers, and bad strategy cost Ferrari a 1-2 finish

Also Seb's engine died.
Brazil 2019: Contact results in double DNF
The entire 1993 season: How the fuck does a top team such as Ferrari perform so poorly in a season, they score 1/6 of the leading constructors points?
Jerez 1997: "That didn't work Michael, you hit the wrong part of him my friend!"
Debatable as to whether Schumacher and Ferrari were really at fault for this one, but it's funny, so it's going on the thread
Most of Vettel's incidents in 2018: Not all of them were his fault to be fair, but there are too many that were, so I'm using this one of him backwards to represent them
Vettel in Silverstone and Monza 2019: Less incidents than in 2018, so an improvement, but there were still a couple of incidents I believe were questionable
Leclerc's 2019 mishaps: It wasn't just Vettel who had a bad season, Leclerc's wasn't much better, despite some highlights
2014: This car. I don't need to say anymore
Hungary 2003: The car and driver that went on to win both championships ended up getting lapped by some Spanish bloke in his 2nd season, driving the 4th best car

Also Barrichello's suspension fucking died
2008 Silverstone, Hungary & Singapore: Massa spinning every lap in Silverstone, the car breaking down 6 laps from the end in Hungary, and a massive pitstop error that dropped Massa from 1st to last. Three major fuck ups that arguably cost Massa the drivers title. Poor Felipe
Australia 2002: Barrichello showing why moving under-braking is bad
Europe 1999: Pitstop error, poor driving and brake failure saw the team that went on to win the constructors title, score 0 points
Japan 1998: Stalled from pole, then punctured. The slim chance Michael had of winning the championship this season, gone.
Singapore 2017: To be honest, it's hard to say who was at fault for this incident, let alone if anyone was at fault. But it resulted in a double DNF on lap 1, so it's going here
Monaco 2006: Schumachers' Rascasse antics result in him being sent to the back of the grid.
1992: Dropped the undisputed greatest F1 driver of all time, Ivan Capelli two rounds from the end of the season. Utterly disgraceful.
China 2010: Alonso jumps the start, and any chance he had of a race win, went before the lights even went out
Estoril 1993: Active suspension on Gerhard Bergher's car goes apeshit coming out of the pits, resulting in his car bottoming out, and getting launched across the main straight. This crash could've been alot worse than it was
Russia 2015 "Last lap Kimi, last lap. All or nothing!"
Mexico 2015: A "rare" off day for Sebastian Vettel, according to the FORMULA 1 Youtube Channel
Multiple 2011 races: Hamilton and Massa getting bored during the races and playing bumper cars

(I'll be fair here, most of these were on Lewis, but it goes without saying that these incidents caused some controversy
Europe 2007: Contact between Alonso and Massa results in quite a funny argument between the two drivers
USA 2005: A farcical race, resulting in a farcical 1-2 finish for Ferrari, which gave them 3rd in the constructors, which would have gone to Toyota had they cancelled this race. Like they should've done
Spa 2010: Alonso putting too much power down and yeeted himself into a wall, ending his race instantly. One could argue that this undoubtedly cost him the championship
Monaco 2013: Felipe Massa crashed in practice, preventing him from qualifying, and then crash in the exact same manner in the race.
Australia 2008: Massa launched David Coulthard's car into the air, and into instant retirement going into turn 1
Malaysia 2009: Pitted Kimi for wets way to early, which resulted in his race being ruined. At least he enjoyed an ice cream though
Monaco 2014: Kimi goes for an overtake in the Monaco hairpin, fucks it up and causes a pileup. God-dammit Kimi
Monza 2014: Alonso's engine decides to commit not work, and Kimi only manages 9th, meaning Ferrari scored a grand total of 2 points in front of the Tifosi. Amazing job guys!
Japan 2014: Similar to Monza, Alonso's engine packs in, only this time, Kimi was unable to score any points at all, only managing 12th.
Portugal 1989: Mansell gets disqualified for reversing in the pits. He decides to ignore the black flags, and then ended up taking himself and Senna out of the race
Abu Dhabi 2010: Ferrari strategy unsurprisingly backfires, and results in Alonso losing the title to Vettel. Alonso being a manchild, decides to blame Petrov, as he was stuck behind him pretty much all race
