Most people will agree That is Unrealistic & therefore admittedly NOT my favorite flavor—but I’m a fan of Many Tastes who’ll ravenously consume every bit of Kabuto content served; this culinary artist just prefers spicy & sour & bitter w/ a sprinkle of salt (extracted from tears) https://twitter.com/YakushiPharma/status/1232688934276124672
And maybe that can be a tall order, but even Kabuto has Mad Cravings easily mistaken for a sweet-tooth... still, he’s touch-starved & graciously accepts Anything Oro offers whether it’s presented on a silver platter or scraps in some dingy pet bowl already acquired secondhand—|🔛
🔛|—[insert joke about snakes at risk of mouth rot here]—he’s been infected with something alright but it sure wasn’t contracted through any satiating savory love & his heart aches most—but he fucking HATES to beg... outside of Certain Contexts; then, it’s really quite encouraged
His own propensities are a tall order too—Kabuto may have strong Cravings easily mistaken for a sweet-tooth & he’s so touch-starved he graciously accepts Anything Oro offers whether it’s presented on a silver platter or scraps from a dingy pet bowl already acquired secondhand—|🔛
🔛|—but to really drive my metaphor home w/ a more literal headcanon OH YES he‘s sure fantasized while in a Mood about spitefully spitting in Sasuke’s dish if no one was looking, even though the idea still disgusts him b/c that’s so childish & unsanitary so he could Never...!—|🔛
🔛|—But burning that portion of food—“accidentally”—or bringing back treats from the market as a Kind/Apologetic Gesture “forgetting” Sasuke had told him he hates something...? (Even if both Know it’s BULLSHIT as Kabuto’s memory & attention to personal details are VERY SHARP)—|🔛
🔛|—Well. He doesn’t admit to stooping to any petty rebellion even when he FEELS like one of the pettiest people around—no matter how many impulses he carefully dismisses. Anyone ‘too close’ could spot this concealable nasty side; the guilt it’s laced with is even better hidden.
