Good news! A yuuuge #giveaway to celebrate my 20K followers milestone. Well, not exactly a giveaway, it will be more like a #quest really.

To have a chance of winning this quest, my follower would need to:

1. Demonstrate loyalty by retweeting this tweet ✅
2. Demonstrate wit by making a funny/deep/poignant comment dissing shitcoins in general, any shitcoin in particular and/or making fun of shitcoin peddler(s) ✅

* Best replies will be selected based on # of likes and my own superior judgement *
3. Demonstrate intelligence by reading any paper from Kana&Кatana collection and sharing a valuable lesson you learned from it ✅

https://kanaandkatana.com/valuation-depot
4. Demonstrate creativity by making a new graphic/video meme involving whales ✅
5. Demonstrate commitment by sending a few sats from your own wallet to Genesis address and posting a link to this transaction here ✅
6. Demonstrate wisdom by quoting a proverb, adage or saying reflecting current state of crypto market. Extra credit for replies containing ancient wisdom ✅
No matter where the quest may bring you, you can always learn something interesting and important along the way. The life is all about the process, not the final result.
7. Demonstrate competency by signing a quote you offered in (6) by the same private key you used for your offering to Satoshi in (5). Your reply should contain the quote being signed, the public key used and the resulting digital signature ✅
8. Demonstrate trading skill by linking your Twitter account to leaderboard and realizing a profit of 500 USD minimum. Reply with a screenshot of your leaderboard position ✅

There is no timeframe set for achieving the quest steps so far, if you haven't noticed. In trading (as well as life in general) patience and persistence are important virtues.
If you're doing the quest because you're in need of charity, you're in the wrong place and should just stop it and think about doing something more productive with your life. https://twitter.com/J0E007/status/1206545845753171968
The quest still goes on, if you haven't noticed. Patience and persistence are quite valuable traits, for a trader. I'll evaluate the results of the latest (trading) step at the end of March. So far, we have a front-runner. https://twitter.com/Auruame/status/1234164831277780998?s=20
OK, all good things come to an end sooner or later, so did Joe's 20K Quest. And what a marathon it was! 835 participants started it by retweeting the original tweet. ↑

Probably hoping for an easy walk and a juicy giveaway without any effort from their side, he-he...

AS IF!
So, out of the 835 participants only 3 were able to complete the Quest with positive March PnL: @python_trade, @gerritttttt and @whalewatcher777.

@PassiCoin is not on Leaderboard so their screenshot's unverifiable. @Auruame did valiant effort but ended March with negative PnL.
So let's see how our 3 runner-ups did at different steps of the Quest, shall we? As we go along, I'll award points the meaning of which becomes clear a bit later.
Step 2: Shitcoin Bashing. Gerrit's got more upvotes but Watcher dissed XRP which is the worst of them all. So one point each. https://twitter.com/J0E007/status/1232697811013111814?s=20
Step 3: Going to the Library. Only 1/10th of all the participants made it to this step, and our runner-ups all shared valid points on the material, can't fault them. 1 point to all three. https://twitter.com/J0E007/status/1232808870009081856?s=20
Step 4: Whale Art. Only Gerrit included actual whale in his meme, so he gets the point. https://twitter.com/J0E007/status/1232925599422910464?s=20
OK, Python included a dolphin which is technically kinda whale, so half-point to him.
Step 5: Sacrifice to Satoshi. Everyone's got a point but Watcher sacrificed 10 times more than others, so that's extra half-point for him. https://twitter.com/J0E007/status/1233165746701774849?s=20
Step 6: Search for Wisdom. Everyone's got something appropriately profound to say so that's one point. Watcher actually managed an ancient saying so that's extra half-point for him. Too bad no one quoted Marcus Aurelius which would be immediate 10 points. https://twitter.com/J0E007/status/1233438756360933379?s=20
There is a reason for the Quest to be structured the way it is. The Quest is open ended in that you didn't know what's its purpose, how long it takes and where it ends. You had no idea about the prize, and even if there is any at all. Kinda like life, eh?

https://twitter.com/J0E007/status/1233729600380973056?s=20
Hopefully you did learn something along the way. Something about persistence, about assessing risks, about separating signal from noise. Something about taking important decisions based on incomplete and/or conflicting information. Something about the meaning of sunk costs.
OK, enough ranting, back to our game.

Step 7. Technical proficiency. Only 9 people were able to complete this step, and all finalists passed with flying colors. One point each, extra half point to Python for having a word "gun" in his address. https://twitter.com/J0E007/status/1233850635738546176?s=20
What, you think these tasks are hard to complete?! Really? It could have been worse... MUCH worse...
Step 8. Trading competition. A great show-stopper for many. Damn, I need to provide a verifiable record that can actually trade, not just yap on Twitter about nice setups, sure patterns and easy money?! So unfair! Who would have thunk?
Of course, you could have avoided this step by producing a reasonable explanation why it should not apply to you and get a waiver. I'm not some kind of heartless monster or somethin. But the thing is, this explanation should have been written in passable Klingon. Rules are rules.
Anyways, here it's simple: who earned more money in March, gets more points. Gerrit 3, Python 2, Watcher 1. So, totals:

P: 1 ½ 1 1 1½ 2 = 7
G: 1 1 1 1 1 1 3 = 9
W: 1 1 1½ 1½ 1 1 = 7

The overall winner is Gerrit who gets 6 extra points to the total of 15.
Now, let me explain something about this Quest. I thought it's a good idea to mark my 20K followers milestone by providing a bit of a boost to some traders who may be in the beginning of their trading career but already have necessary qualities to develop into a crypto whale.
Traders who have persistence, are open to opportunities, know how to manage risks, separate signal from noise. Who have at least basic technical and trading skills. Who can make shit happen, not just yap on Twitter.
But how to find such people in a Twitterverse full of noise, posturing and false identities? Well, make a quest that selects for the qualities you seek, make it open-ended, throw in a bit of trolling and disinformation, make it a bit silly to repel serious players with real money
The Quest worked as expected. The finalists have proven that they can trade profitably by themselves, have necessary qualities and are worthy of a boost to their capabilities. A bit of a push to move a bit closer to becoming a crypto whale.
So the points they earned will be used as a multiplier to their March realized USD PnL, divided by BTC rate (let's make it 7k even), and the result is their prize, to be transferred to BTC address ownership of which they so masterfully demonstrated earlier in the Quest
