Last summer I began to notice patterns when I was studying city maps.
A central building becomes the center of an area with many outlying important structures around it. What I found out is there is likely an opening to the bedrock under these buildings with a cavity that connects via a waterway to the other key buildings in the area.

Many of these areas are currently undergoing massive excavation and renovation, I believe to use this underground system with new technology to produce secret electricity that can be stored in battery grids. These are called #microgrids.
Massive buildings, monuments and attractions, new and old can be used as a manmade antenna type structures that pull in atmospheric energy. That includes energy from humans walking around the sites.

First of all, each structure is placed on the Hole-y ground which is formed right beside a moving waterway like a river. I believe the hole-y ground is created when #geobacter bacteria proliferate near a waterway during a flood, then try to reconnect underground to the river.
The villi form nanowires that create a conductive natural mesh that tries to find a food source. The food source is wastewater. So it tries to reconnect with the river. Energy may pulse through it and create a channel in the bedrock.
Anyway, the water, combined with this bacteria under the structure builds a negative charge on the outside of the structure. The structure typically sticks up much higher than the rest of the buildings around it, kind of like a whisker. You see these towers everywhere.
Another thing is the building is positioned to receive the most infrared energy from the sun, likely positively charged energy.
That energy wicks down the tower structure into the ground and into the water/bacteria below.

That system is called EZ water, and I believe the best water they can use is rainwater, as its fresh and structured.
Waste water from sewage can be used for the bacterial system.
So possibly cities are using a combination of both of these systems secretly.

I believe the rainwater/human energy/infrared system is what is going in under most town squares and oddly shaped buildings.

Water is passed in a thin layer to receive solar energy which is stored. Humans looking into it also donate electrons as the water is flowing downward and it becomes an anodic site. All the new fountains are using this system in my opinion. This is in London, UK.
Humans are naturally drawn to water and will play, watch and sit near it at the peak energy time of the day, usually near noon hour.

Lots of buildings have these inside of them too. Specific high traffic areas are built to be over the holy ground point.

This weird tube shaped thing on irregular blob in Melbourne's children's hospital would be one.
Sometimes the shape that they put on the marked area is the shape of the vortex that is pulling energy into the ground. I found this in the Bloomberg Building in Uk.

There are many areas with different forms of this bacteria and different types of bedrock.
Frequency produced by the bedrock will make a different shaped energy signature.

The vortex from the ground of negative charge has a limited area . You can avoid it by not walking on the paths that take you through marked areas. Don't step in the circle around monument.

Look at all tourist sites and you will see these vortexes. Everywhere in lobbies, parks, malls, airports. This looks like one in this new Turkish airport, obvious photo lure. The whole top of this building is small domes.
People are very predictable its easy to design attractive sites that people naturally will move towards.

So the rain water/fountain water that is circulated must end up in a battery type cistern somewhere under or beside the site.

This is the reason for all the secret underground tunnels.

Another component of these systems are hole-y ground roundabouts.
All those new roundabouts aren't to make traffic flow, they are at roads that were built there because of them. They hid them till the tech was ready.

The roundabouts are over caverns probably filled with water and this bacteria (geobacter) and when you car goes around it radiates infrared. You are also made of water so it simulates water spinning in a drain, which probably makes the bacteria stimulated.
That one has the same type of fountain that is near the MIT bike racks and several other places. Look at this one, you can see the shape of the water that flows to it.

Last component I have found is another macabre resource. The bacteria needs food. What is something bacteria likes to grow on?

I suspect the deep waste repositories for "nuclear" waste are actually bone/body pits for the geobacter bacteria. Huge man made caverns no one can ever get at or see.
