About to attempt to run home which is roughly 4.8km never ran outside before only treadmill gonna take me hours

Ahh rain
First go at running home and it was easier than I thought, definitely had more gas in the tank got something to beat now

Second run, did better on the time but could of done loads better if my bag hadnât opened half way through and my wallet fall out making me go back and find it. 




Took the girlfriend out for her first jog today, was only round the block and just under 2k didnât break a sweat, was just nice getting out seeing as the weather is taking the piss right now
After 4 2K runs got my girlfriends time down roughly by 3 and a half minutes the distances are a tad different but thats more down to when her app decides to start (might become a PT
)

Not running every 2 days now so having to do this almost daily, Only just today moved to 15 Press Ups instead of 12. This routine usually takes me around the 20 minute mark with 1 minute rest between sets. #quarantinefit
Theres nothing worse than going past 5k for your fitbit gps to not track any of it #running
Did my best run yesterday got it down to 28:32 my actual goal is 27 so still a way to go but this was quite an improvement for me especially over the last few runs.
Much cooler day today helped get my pb. Have also got a set of scales at home to track my weight. Not sure how accurate it actually is however. #running #fitbit
Been 2 weeks since my last run and taken another 10 seconds off. Was hotter in the morning today and was quote dehydrated. But still seeing progress

Uploaded a second video to my channel, this ones a little more hands on and goes through my workout plan at home whilst the gyns are closed.
Went for another run yesterday and went on a route from the station i use to do pre lockdown. #FitnessFriday #fitnessjourney
Last 3 runs ive done in a week which Im really proud of and has in turn increased my cardio score from 46 to 48 target is 54
